Had a great experience! My dr is amazing the lady who did my blood was so sweet took me in before my appt time and I left before my appt time front desk women need to work on their manners a bit they don’t have much patience with anyone from what I’ve seen all in all best doctor I’ve found in NC so far! Looking forward to my follow up!

I went to my established care appointment about a week and a half ago and I was so worried because of all these bad reviews I have Miss Santali She was kind listened to my concerns, joked a little eased my anxiety Got me referrals that I needed unfortunately, I have to wait two weeks to get my medication that I need, but she was absolutely amazing as for the front desk the guy that took care of me didn’t really seem too sure where papers were the other two ladies that were sitting there just had horrible attitudes towards people so that was extremely unfortunate but my overall experience was great. They took me in before my scheduled appointment time and I left before my scheduled appointment time a woman who took my blood treated me as if we had known each other for years very friendly had great conversation so other than being disappointed in the front desk people my experience was great

This practice is unprofessional and poorly run. My provider went on maternity leave and I was seen by Nurse practitioner Lynn Davis. I waited over 2 hours to be seen. She asked for me to undergo multiple test (which were unprofessionally administered). After all those came back normal we discussed continuing my protocol of care as directed by my original provider. Then she change my care and refused to see me leaving me without my medication for 25 days. This practice and this “practitioner” does not care about her patients. She is more concerned about eating in her office. I would not recommend coming to this office. Very sad and disappointed with the direction this office has gone since losing Dr Parker.

If I could give no stars I would march 11th I called this office for a letter for my disabled daughter stating she has asthma and epilepsy so I could get her an ac they said ill call you in tomorrow so you can pick up okay cool then she proceeds to say she has a new provider again my daughter has autism and doesnt like change at all. So she said ill write you the note but you have to come too her appt on April 2nd okay she is disabled this Dr's office has come complete shit to me. They dont care about there patients at all. So they let a disabled young adult suffer this whole time because you wanted her too come meet her new provider today . Youall should be disgusted in yourselfs I dont know how youall sleep at night knowing you were the cause of seizures and severe asthma attacks this last month. They absolutely 💯 do not care about anyone. This use to be a wonder place when dr polly was here

The doctors are very caring and helpful however, the office staff is completely unorganized, incompetent and unresponsive! I have , several times, sat in the lobby for two hours and the doc said they didn’t know I was even there. Also, If you are awaiting prescriptions forget it. You shouldn’t have to wait for 3 days to get antibiotics sent to the pharmacy if you’re sick! And that’s a new script! The refills take way longer!
